The rooms are clean & adequate but not huge & lighting in rooms is dim. Location is good. Cafe is excellent & has outdoor tables option.

I spent the night at the AC Marriott and the experience far-exceed my expectations. The entire staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I casually mentioned being in town from Kentucky for medical tests and the front desk staff practically bent over backwards offering any assistance necessary. The next morning I met Mary, the general manager, and it was immediately obvious where the team's great service standards are set. Kudos to Ms. Simone. I look forward to my next stay at the AC Marriott. I will absolutely be back.

I don't know anything about the rooms. I didn't stay there. I attended a company Christmas other recently. The function room was huge. Very nice inside. The food that they served was good.

I recently visited the AC Hotel in Worcester, MA, for JMU’s First-Year Send-Off event, and I was genuinely impressed. The service from the hotel staff was excellent—attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire event. The space was modern and well-maintained, providing a perfect venue for the gathering. The food served by the hotel was also a highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and nicely presented, making the entire experience feel thoughtful and well put together. Overall, the AC Hotel offered a great setting for the event and reflected a high standard of hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it for both events and stays in the Worcester area.

Went here for a conference. Great parking set up. Easy in and out. Room was well set up. Breakfast and lunch were great. Have your next business meeting here. You won't regret it.

I chose this hotel to attend a wedding and everything went flawlessly. Location was 3 mins from the venue, the room was ready upon arrival. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

I just had a stay at this hotel. I come up to the area often and usually stay at a different property. I decided to try this hotel on a whim. What a beautiful property in a great location! The front desk staff was also so pleasant and kind as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed here for my wedding on 10/25/25 (yes, tonight as of writing this review, I am freshly married) and I just need whoever decided to have makeup wipes included in basic room toiletries to get a solid kiss on the mouth. 10/10 decision. I had so much crap on my face and the makeup wipes worked wonderfully. The place is also super clean and tidy, plenty of towels, and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is maybe not a full $18 worth but for all you can eat and not leaving the hotel, I’ll gladly pay it. Thank you AC Hotel Worcester for your help making my wedding weekend magical.

Stayed here the night prior to my daughter's graduation at DCU so it was very convenient. Due to remodeling they improvised a satellite bar in the dining/breakfast area. The bartender (sorry cannot recall name) was a true gentleman with good conversational skills. The breakfast was not the usual buffet but was still very tasty and the attendant lady was very professional. The bed tho.. Very comfy!
